Title: Oat Bran Muffins (For Weight Reduction Only)

1/3cLowfat buttermilk
1/4cWater
1/4cEgg Beaters
2tbBarley malt or brown rice
  Syrup
2tbApple juice concentrate
2tbCrushed pineapple,
  Unsweetened
1/3 Carrot, finely grated
1/2tsOrange or lemon extract
1/2cWhole wheat flour
2/3cWheat bran
2tbOat bran
1/2tsBaking powder
1/2tsBaking soda
1/2tsGround cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375F. Spray 12 muffin cups with pam and set aside. Combine wet ingredients in one bowl and dry in another. Combine. Spoon into muffin cups. bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
